5 months agoThere are a several bagels establishments in my town. You don’t need to go to any except for Bagel Town. The bagels are very good, the cream cheese selection is good too.

5 months agoFirst time here. Very fresh bagel for 1050am. Got a sesame bagel toasted with chive cream cheese and a cup of coffee. My standard for trying a new bagel shop. Did not disappoint. Fresh soft bagel with a crispy toast. The cream cheese was excellent. Seems homemade and great chive taste. Coffee was fresh and strong. I will be back to try some other yummy stuff from here.

8 months agoMy first experience with them wasn’t 100% but at least I received my bagels the first time. I called and placed an order on a Saturday morning for an 8 am pickup before a soccer game for my family. When I first called and placed the order I was questioned on why I was placing the order, but at the end of the day, I placed the order, picked it up and all was well. I called this morning again for pickup for 9 am before our soccer game. This time I was rushed and yesed and told it would be there for pickup. When I walked in today, they said they didn’t have my order, and asked if I ever called. I went to my car, got my phone, showed that I called and in fact did place the order with them. The one lady was very apologetic and trying to figure things out, but the others just stood there pointing fingers trying to say it wasn’t them. It’s unfortunate bc they would have had my business every Saturday, for every soccer game we go to, but I will never step foot in that building again.

9 months agoI'll start with the staff is pretty friendly overall but the food is never that good. I only order bagle 2egg and cheese. Every time the egg is undercooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. Used to be my goto place but im kinda over it since foodnis never done correctly.

10 months agoI wish I had a bigger appetite so I could rate their Breakfast Sandwich. Went with an everything bagel which was ok. Some tough competition in this category in NJ. I will be back at some point for the Breakfast Sandwich next.

11 months agoAvailable on DoorDash, we started getting bagels from here on Sunday mornings. One of the larger sized bagels in the area and decent quality and variety.

a year agoThe only good thing about this place was a young kid is working here today very polite and sweet and respectful. But the older guy back there with the red cap Jesus Christ he first messed up my order. I ordered the toasted bagel with egg and ham no cheese and I got a toasted bagel with just bacon. I go back in without making a scene, in front of me he starts picking through the garbage I guess he thought I was lying about my order and went to the back without changing his gloves after picking through the garbage. I hear him start grabbing things to make my correct sandwich and then he comes out slices ham in his hands and still not changing the gloves and carries the ham in his hands to the back and makes my sandwich not even apologizing and I'm like an idiot saying thank you again and he goes to me uh ha and walks away. You don't like your job you should quit your job but dude you shouldn't work in the kitchen very disgusting habits and very disgusting attitude. How I'm walking into my house I'm literally throwing this in the garbage and making my own food. I won't even give it to my dogs That's how disgusted this is. I gave you 20 bucks for nothing. FYI for the owner you used to have a five-star review from me and so many times you messed my up my order and I never came back but this was overboard. I ordered a egg and ham bagel to just get plain bacon. I wasn't even yelling nor complaining ask the young kid that was working today on March 19, 2025. The young kid apologized at least 15 times... And I took a picture how your sandwich is in the garbage. I didn't even bother for the refund nor to complain I will go to g&A bagels in Butler New Jersey where I went for years please read my review for them

a year agoThis is one of my top two favorite bagel places ever - the other one is up in the White Mountains. I have family in West Milford so whenever I go down (or they come up) we ask for bagels from here. They're well seasoned with whatever topping your request, have a soft inside and slightly crunchy outside. I usually get a dozen and freeze them at home, as they dethaw well and it's like you have a fresh bagel again. The customer service is always nice and quick. I go early since I know sometimes they can get busy. Pictured I have a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese.
