See All ReviewsThere are a several bagels establishments in my town. You don’t need to go to any except for Bagel Town. The bagels are very good, the cream cheese selection is good too.
First time here. Very fresh bagel for 1050am. Got a sesame bagel toasted with chive cream cheese and a cup of coffee. My standard for trying a new bagel shop. Did not disappoint. Fresh soft bagel with a crispy toast. The cream cheese was excellent. Seems homemade and great chive taste. Coffee was fresh and strong. I will be back to try some other yummy stuff from here.
My first experience with them wasn’t 100% but at least I received my bagels the first time. I called and placed an order on a Saturday morning for an 8 am pickup before a soccer game for my family. When I first called and placed the order I was questioned on why I was placing the order, but at the end of the day, I placed the order, picked it up and all was well. I called this morning again for pickup for 9 am before our soccer game. This time I was rushed and yesed and told it would be there for pickup. When I walked in today, they said they didn’t have my order, and asked if I ever called. I went to my car, got my phone, showed that I called and in fact did place the order with them. The one lady was very apologetic and trying to figure things out, but the others just stood there pointing fingers trying to say it wasn’t them. It’s unfortunate bc they would have had my business every Saturday, for every soccer game we go to, but I will never step foot in that building again.
